I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing virtual therapy and medication management to patients across Maryland.
My approach to care is grounded in empathy, faith, and respect for the whole person. I place strong emphasis on lifestyle and environmental factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress, family dynamics, and daily routines as foundational elements of mental health. I envelope this with my Duke University training which emphasized diagnostic rigor, evidence-based treatment, and thoughtful clinical decision-making. I value the use of medication with its thoughtful and careful use as part of a balanced, individualized treatment plan.
In our work together, you can expect:
- Compassion without judgement
- Evidence-based therapy
- Thoughtful medication support when appropriate
- A space where you don’t have to be “the strong one”
For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated therapy in a way that is respectful and client-led.
This practice was created to provide calm, unrushed, deeply intentional care for those ready to move forward with confidence and alignment.
I believe every person is created with dignity and purpose, and that healing begins in a space where individuals feel truly seen and supported. I work alongside patients and families to develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that honor both clinical best practices and personal values.
Healing does not require you to abandon your strength.
It simply invites you to stop carrying everything alone.
